This is my favorite book as of the moment. I haven’t finished reading it though coz I’m savoring each and every chapter…..lol that was just a BS. I didn’t actually buy the book. I read it one chapter every visit at PowerBooks in SM. Free reading galore every visit..lol

Ms. Ruth Orillios, yes the pretty and smart Ruth write this invitation cum reminder to all hunters. I wont elaborate further coz i”m gonna paste exactly what she has written in the e-mail. I’m gonna add some pics with captions though so you could feel more that everyone is indeed serious about it.

Commencement-  the start of a new beginning….

Hi My Dearest Hunter,

 It’s been a year or more since we have left  college life.. same so with the duration of time since we’ve last had our Hunter moments in our renedezvous of cammaraderie at our Alma Mater.. Holy Name Uinversity- where everything just started….

 It was just a year yet the hand of time has brought each  of us to different destinations, workplace, companies. Some maybe lucky enough to work and get in touch with fellow hunters through company emails..a.k.a– chatroom, some few gatherings and outings, some few gimik.But to the few who had been perfect in attendance and show-ups (ahemm..like me) it leaves us wondering asa na ang the rest? musta na ang uban?

 Yes,  OFFICIALLY MISSING YOU may be the words to sum it up.. in fact, our desperate longing for the nest of friendship we used to share back in college has enabled a few to organize an association that aims to continue the bond  despite unwavering distances that our work  and present circumstances has prompted us with….

 HUNTERS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION — an  association formed by incidental circumstances on the eveof June 29, 2008 with the aim of addressing the mutual sentiments of the Hunters, a channel for service to others and shall be powered by nothing else but the strong  bond of cammaraderie of the group and generous providence from Up above…

 In such dawn of foundation, the few originators has came up with the following agenda, hoping that somehow, even without the presence of the majority, would win favor by having your consent on the ff.. agreed proposals and matters:

 1.        SET OF OFFICERS –  ( dili trabaho ang pagsugo, mgpatuman lng gyud sa nasabutan)

 3.        BY LAWS OF THE ASSOCIATION –( para if naay lalis, maoy sumbanan)

   - ( under the care of Makati Boys, headed by Alfie    Logroño)

 2.        CHAPTER DIVISIONS AND PERIODIC MEETINGS – (to ensure dili mghinay2x og kamatay ang org)

 3.        ANNUAL  AND MONTHLY DUES– our  association’s lifeblood…… ( sa kadaghang orgs nato before.. murag self-explanatory na ang reason cguro… )

 4.        OFFICIAL PUBLICATION – (in hard copy) ( atong memorabilia and official

gazette to somehow update us sa tagsa2x nato nga life)

 5.        OFFICIAL WEBPAGE (soon to be website) ( hi-tech naman kintahay ta og pra sd sa mga Hunters nga soon will be based internationally )

 6.        OFFICIAL HUNTERS’ LIST  (the org is  made exclusive for true-blooded hunters lng.. so if you think you are one, i-add nlng inyo name…)

 Perhaps, you maybe at wonder with the word commencement left floating up above…Well, I I purposely wrote that on top because I see that we  are commencing at a new era.. the hunters who by and large  may no  longer be hounding within the pillars of college life but hunters, hunting at limitless bounds for survival, affection, acknowledgement, fulfillment, approval… yet we know that no matter where each of us are heading to, we always have a home to go back to  renourish ourselves and enjoy the insurmountable gift that comes free but pricelessly rewarding — the gift of genuine Hunters’ friendship..

 While membership may be exclusive to certified Hunters, it does not run compulsory…. but at this renewed vow of Hunter’s friendship, those who count themselves in as a Hunter, shall always be a Hunter for life…

 Please do forward to othr Hunters you know and please do keep in touch with your mails for further announcements.

Here’s what I’m gonna miss when I cease working at PS…

- i can still see this but no longer in IT Park

- i will be back here one month after for my last pay

- i cannot enter to this building anymore, medyo strick security eh

-goodbye my headset

- i won’t be booking e-tickets for AA or any other US airlines anymore.

- i won’t be booking hotel room anymore

- no more car reservations

-A&S no more

-i’ll definitely miss the AVAYA where i press on avail, aftercall, personal (much of it lately, good luck sa rta), break, lunch, meeting and training (usahaY)

- no more sleeping on the floor….strickto sa Xlib…no pwede jud, PS pwede ra basta wala ang client…lol!

- my friends/team mates in PS

- the hunky and delicious papa Don with supe Tin Mah

…..there sure are a lot more to miss but they will always be a memory that will give me a smile everytime I get to ponder on them.

This is one of my favorite archie song…so soulful.

Another one is “apologize” he sung during the AI announcement. If you close your eyes you sure can’t figure out if its Ryan Tedder (of ONE Republic) singing or if its Archie. And if you open your eyes up and watch Archie sing his lines…he’ll surely give you goosebumps.

This entry is dedicated to my high school batchmates. It’s over five years since we parted ways but memories are still fresh and things we share are there to last for a lifetime. I miss you guys!

Many have commented on this video in youtube…some sucks and some were flattering but whatever those freakin’ frankensteins say, hunters do rule.
